APPLICATION TERMS 1. Filling in the application forms constitutes an order, triggering an obligation to pay when the event is taking place. 2. Payment deadline for the first round of pre-registered applicants is March 15, 2019. If the registration fee is credited to our bank account later, an additional fee will be invoiced. 3. In case you cancel your registration over 20 days before the event, the entire registration fee will be refunded within 8 days of receiving the amount on our account. If you cancel your attendance between 20 and 11 days before the event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded as described above. No fee will be refunded for cancellations in the last 10 days before the event. Cancellation requests must be presented in writing. 4. In case the attendee does not show up at the event, and they did not cancel their attendance at least 11 days before the event in writing, we cannot refund the registration fee, or if the registration fee has not been paid by that time, it must be paid subsequently nonetheless. 5. The registration fee includes attendance at the conference program, all catering, unlimited consumption of coffee and refreshments, as well as the event’s printed program and other freebies. It is not possible to provide a more detailed breakdown of the conference’s fee structure than the one specified on the application form. Taxes and contributions related to catering will not be paid by the conference organizer. For the purposes of tax calculations, hereby we provide the necessary details: Cost of catering for the day: HUF 10,000 + 27% VAT*.
