Okleveles közgazdász diplomáját 2003-ban a Budapesti Corvinus Egyetem Gazdálkodástudományi
karán szerezte. 2005-ban a Community of European Management Schools International Management
Mester szakán diplomázott. Jogi végzettségét 2007-ben a Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem Jog- és
Államtudományi Karán szerezte. 2024-ben szerzett PhD fokozatot a Budapesti Corvinus Egyetemen,
értekezésének témája: „Kis- és középvállalatok forrásszerkezetének vizsgálata, tekintettel a vállalkozói
attitűdökre”.
Pályafutását 2002-ben a Tungsram Lighting Zrt-nél kezdte, ezt követően a PricewaterhouseCoopers
(Pwc) tanácsadó cégnél dolgozott, amelynek során tanácsadóként részt vett számos M&A (merger and
acquisition) projektben, többek között a Budapest Airport reprivatizációs tranzakciójában is.
2010-től a Nemzetgazdasági Minisztérium adóügyekért felelős helyettes államtitkárként vett részt a
magyar adórendszer reformjában. Később a Magyar Nemzeti Bank (MNB) alelnöke lett és a
Monetáris Tanács tagjává választották; irányítása alatt született meg a Növekedési Hitelprogram, és
nevéhez fűződik a monetáris politikai eszköztár megújítása is.
2015 és 2020 között az MKB Bank Elnök-vezérigazgatója, valamint az Igazgatóság elnöke volt. Az
MKB Bank az általa felügyelt, később irányított folyamat eredményekképpen került a Bayerische
Landesbanktól a magyar állam, majd – egy összetett reprivatizációs projektet és tranzakciót követően
– magán, -és intézményi befektetők tulajdonába.
2020 júliusától - 2022 májusáig az Opus Global Nyrt Igazgatóságának alelnöke. Vezetésével a
Társaság sikerrel valósította meg két nagy volumenű energetikai akvizícióját, a Tigáz Zrt. és a Titász
Zrt többségi tulajdonrészének megvásárlását.
Vezető tisztségviselőként elnöki szerepet töltött be az MKB Pannónia Alapkezelő Zrt., valamint a
Solus Capital Kockázati Tőkealap-kezelő Zrt. igazgatóságában. Mindemellett a Status Capital
Kockázati Tőkealap-kezelő Zrt. és az Opus Global Befektetési Alapkezelő Zrt. felügyelő bizottsági is
tagja volt.
2016-tól a Magyar Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara igazgatósági tagja, 2024 óta alelnöke.
2020-tól a Budapesti Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara alelnök.

Dr. Bánfi Zoltán 1997-ben a Pénzügyi és Számviteli Főiskolán pénzügy pénzintézet szakirányon
szerezte meg a főiskolai alap, majd 1999-ben a Budapesti Corvinus Egyetemen, pénzügy
főszakirányon a mesterdiplomáját. 2013-ban PhD címet szerzett, értekezésének a témája a magyar
bankrendszer helyzete volt a válság tükrében.
Zoltán lassan 25 éve dolgozik a bankszektorban. Először az OTP Banknál a Treasury igazgatóságon
dolgozott több munkakörben (FX, equity, opciós- és határidős piacok), majd a Bankcsoport egyik
leánycégénél (OTP Hungaro-Projekt) volt a pénzügyi tanácsadásért felelős vezérigazgató-helyettes.
Ezt bő egy éves MFB Group Treasurer igazgatói kinevezés, majd az életében a legmeghatározóbb, az
MKB Bank következett. Itt először ügyvezetőként, majd vezérigazgató-helyettesként felelt a
Bankcsoport „Befektetési Banki” területéért, hozzá tartozott többek között a tőkealapok rendszere (2
alapkezelő: Solus Capital és MKB KTAK), az inkubáció (MKB Fintechlab), a befektetési alapkezelő
(MKB-Pannónia), a teljes privátbank, az MFB pontok rendszere illetve a teljes MA és IPO terület. A
kockázati tőkealapok esetében – későbbiekben elnök-vezérigazgatói főtanácsadóként kizárólag azokra
koncentrálva – aktívan részt vett közel 50 befektetésben, az MKB Fintechlab oldaláról pedig több mint
10 sikeres inkubációs projektet hajtott végre a munkatársak aktív részvétele mellett. A tranzakciós
tanácsadási terület vezetése során több sikeres rábocsátás, XTEND bevezetés és cégértékesítésben is
közreműködött.
Az MKB kötelékében eltöltött évek legnagyobb sikerének vezérigazgató-helyettesként, majd elnöki
főtanácsadóként a tőkeprogramok beindítását, a kockázati tőkealap-kezelők felállítását és
működtetését tartja. Jelenleg a Platina Consulting Zrt. operatív Igazgatósági elnöke továbbá a Platina
Capital vezérigazgatójaként vezeti a céget, és aktívan részt vesz mind menedzsment, mind tulajdonosi
oldalról az Alapkezelő működésében.
2025-től az MKIK Tőkealap-kezelő Zrt. vezérigazgatója és igazgatósági tagja.
Zsolt Nyitrai received his in Economics in 1997 at the Faculty of Economics at the University of
Miskolc. He worked for Postabank PLC between 1992 and 2000 in the accounting and account
management departments and later as an internal auditor. He continued his career at MKB Bank
PLC between 2004 and 2012 as corporate liaison then as risk management specialist. From 2012,
his key responsibility as head of risk control department at Hajdu Takarek Credit Union had been
to coordinate and manage the risk control functions of the branch, including credit risk
management, operational and liquidity risk management and oversight of arrears management.
From 2017, his main task as the risk control director of Tiszantuli Takarek Credit Union was to
coordinate the risk control functions of the institution, to manage credit risk, and to manage
operational and liquidity risks. Between 2019 and 31st March 2020, at Takarekbank PLC, as
head of regional credit risk management, he was responsible for coordinating the credit risk
management tasks of the region, participating in strategic planning and key decision making.
Zsolt Nyitrai has been granted the title of director of risk management at Capital Fund
Management as outlined by the Kbftv. (operative law of collective investment schemes and their
managers).
Peter Oszkó is a former Big4 Managing Partner and technocrat Finance Minister of Hungary, currently managing listed European tech investor group, based in Rotterdam and Budapest.
Peter joined Deloitte as partner in 2004, nominated as country Managing Partner in 2007, at the same time also took the leadership of Deloitte advisory business units in the former Yugoslav countries. In the same year he was nominated and selected for the title of Young Manager of the Year in Hungary.
Partly as a result of various public activities, he was invited into the technocrat government of Hungary for a one-year crisis management job in 2009. As a Finance Minister he was involved in a fiscal adjustment of about 4% of the GDP in one year, including pension reform, the financing of local municipalities and the restructuring of the tax system as well. He managed to bring back Hungary to market based financing and not to use the inherited IMF/EU financed loan facility. He also represented the government on specific projects and acquisitions in the energy sector.
From the second half of 2010 he started new professional activity in the emerging Hungarian venture capital industry. He took the leadership of the VC subsidiary of OTP group. In two years, he involved other LPs besides OTP, launched two new VC funds and increased the size of managed assets to EUR 100 million, while he also managed to exit from the first investments at spectacular valuations.
Peter left OTP group in 2014 to launch his independent regional VC firm with various LPs from the tech and financial sector under its own brand, OXO. He formed OXO Technologies Holding as a tech investor group active in the early and growth stage while executing buyout deals as well. OXO group also includes a property investment and an advisory business line and is also active in the creative and cultural industries as well as tourism and leisure besides tech investments as its primary focus. In the core tech segment, the group currently manages an asset value of EUR 150 million and is listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange.
Graduated at the Budapest University of Economics at the faculty of international relations and marketing communication in 1999. During and after University, Bank, he worked as a credit analyst at Bank Austria Creditanstalt's risk management Department. Between 2002 and 2007 he was the managing director of Klubrádió. Since 2008 he has been working for the Carion Group as investment and lending manager. From 2011 he is the head of risk management of Carion Finance Center and later became the member of the Board. From 2014 he is the Chairman of the Board of Carion Investment Fund Management Ltd which is managing real estate funds owned by professional investors. Since the end of 2015 he is the Chairman of the Board of CV Alapkezelő Zrt as well, which currently manages venture capital funds worth about HUF 18 billion.
Currently, as the Deputy State Secretary for Technology at the Ministry of Economic Development of Hungary, my primary mission is to design and implement programs which foster the technological maturity level improvement among Hungarian companies. I am also a researcher and a PhD candidate. In the past, as the Chief Innovation Officer to the President my primary assignment was counseling and generating project initiatives related to university-centric innovation ecosystems. As the founder of an international NGO I was dealing with innovation and humanitarian technology transfer. Earlier, as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Valorisation at Express Innovation Agency my role was to make scientific insights available and useable to industry; transforming knowledge and technology into something tangible for the benefit of the society and the economy. I used to be the former Deputy CEO for Innovation and Business Development at EAC Group, the most emerging multi-strategy firm in the CEE region operating consulting, investment and IT technology development arms. Between 2017-2021 as the diplomat for scientific and technological affairs in Tel-Aviv, my job was initiating projects mainly in cybersecurity, fintech, life sciences, mobility and space-industry. I am also the former head of startup relations of the governmental Export Promotion Agency (HEPA) and former head and concept developer of Budapest capital city’s municipal startup incubator and microfinance provider (BVK). At the begining of my carreer I worked as an employment policy expert at the Ministry for Economy and earlier at a parliamentary group. I also am involved in co-managing our family's enterprises.
